Often such a base layer performs building materials arising as waste during mining (eg. coal) or as waste generated in blast furnaces (slag).
Bedrock formed embankment was evaluated, which was stored in large layers and was a mound of non-cohesive materials.

.%, leading to tin pest phenomenon in tin rich materials.
A possibility of b/a-transformation at some previous stages of changes occurring in oxidized tin-rich materials was mentioned by Chiavari et al. [4], but not related to published there EDXS results, where such phenomenon was not observed.
The present EDXS studies show the occurrence of the accelerated a-tin oxidation that may lead to final deterioration of tin-rich lead-free materials.

The biogas is obtained from organic materials decomposition; mainly the methane has energetic potential, especially for the combustion process in internal combustion engines.
The development of this sector is confronted with its competition with the food processor in semi-arid countries like Algeria, which limits its potential to respond to national energy demands to the use of various waste materials in order to produce biofuels.

After building energy consumption calculation, the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection is achieved.
1 Introduction
1.1 Passive Planning and Design of Green Campus
Green campus, which maximizes resource conservation (land, water, materials and energy etc.) and environmental protection in the whole life cycle of the area, provides a favorable environment as well as human harmony with nature for teachers and students.

On March 22nd, the United States Environmental Protection Agency issued a statement that the Japan radiation material was found in several places.
The plant's operators responded incorrectly to the situation and stopped cooling the reactor, which overheated, suffered damage, and released radioactive material inside the plant.
Essence of nuclear power safety problem is to dispose of nuclear waste safely, and to prevent nuclear leakage after nuclear events (environmental emission of radiological material).
