New Method and Experimental Study for Fast Evaluating Filling Mould Ability of Al-Si Alloy by Surface Tension Dequan Shi1,a, Dayong Li1,b, Qian Sun 1,c and Guili Gao 1,d 1 Material Science & Engineering College, Harbin University of Science & Technology, Harbin 150040, China a Shidequan77@sohu.com, bdyli@hrbust.edu.cn, csqsq_sq@163.com, dgaoguili79@sohu.com Key words: Filling mould ability, Al-Si Alloy Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the relationship between filling mould ability and surface tension of Al-Si alloy, a new method was put forward that filling mould ability can be fast evaluated by surface tension.
Generally speaking, the molding materials are not been soaked by the molten Al-Si alloys and contact angle is greater than90° [14,15]and liquid surface at thin parts of the mould is convex, therefore, additional pressure produced by surface tension of the molten Al-Si alloy will direct to the liquid interior, which will hinder the molten Al-Si alloys from filling mould, especially the acute angle[16].
Experimental Materials for experiments are eutectic Al-Si alloys and the composition accords with ZL102 of GB1173-86.

To provide further understanding of these two key issues, a detailed investigation of the microtextures produced in single-crystal Fe-3wt%Si by six different cutting and deformation processes was conducted.
The groove was cut in ten passes of the tool, with 25 µm of material being removed on each pass.)
Over the last 20 µm (Fig. 3e-h), the degree of orientational fragmentation increases substantially to the point where the material between 0 and 5 µm from the drilled hole (Fig. 3h) contains a reasonably broad (although still far from random) distribution of orientations.
The texture of the material within 5 µm of the sheared edge is near {112}<111>, having rotated past {111}<112>.

Knowledge Representation for TRKB Based on Ontology To construct a network teaching resource knowledge base, the key process is to define all classes and their relationships, attributes and their relationships, the restrictions of attributes, and so on.
According to national Modern Distance Education Resources Construction Specifications, network teaching resources are supposed to include: media material, teaching material resource, item bank, paper material, software and network software, network course and subject website, scientific research resource, software resource, literature resource, Q and A, case and resource catalogue index, and so on.
The network teaching resource serves education directly, which is not only an accumulation of teaching materials and data, but also include other non-service behavior devoicing from teaching specialty.
Taken the network teaching resource knowledge base as an example, it refers to the notion of teaching course, software resource, literature material, Q and A and other resources.

Structural and Magnetic Properties of Cr- and Fe-doped CeO2 Nanoparticles Prepared by Sol-gel Method Shenghong Yang* and Yueli Zhang State Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Materials and Technologies // School of Physics & Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou 510275 China *stsyshh@mail.sysu.edu.cn Keywords: Cr- and Fe-doped CeO2, Sol-gel method, Magnetic property.
However, there is heated debate regarding the ferromagnetism of this material.
Cerium oxide (CeO2) is another promising material for DMS systems due to its electronic configuration, because cerium oxide can support deviations in-stoichiometry (CeO2-δ com 0 <δ< 0.5) while still maintaining afluorite-type structure [2].
Next, the xerogel was calcined at 800 °C for 2 h to eliminate organic materials and form a powder.
