Introduction In recent years, ferroelectric materials have attracted great interest for their widely potential applications, including dynamic random access memories, microwave filters, infrared detectors and dielectric phase shifters [H1H, H2H].
The Fe doped PST precursor solutions were synthesized using lead acetate tri-hydrate Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O, strontium acetate semi-hydrate Sr(CH3COO)2·1/2H2O, ferric nitrate Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and titanium butoxide Ti(OC4H9)4 as the starting materials.

Introduction The construction type of a building envelope is the key factor to its indoor temperature changes and energy consumptions [1,2,3].
Case Study Subjects The case study subjects in this research were classified into two categories, according to the construction materials of envelop, as Reinforced Concrete Construction Type and Composite Construction Type.
The Reinforced Concrete Construction Buildings of this research were referred to as the buildings with the external walls and roofs of the building envelopes mainly made of the building materials of Reinforced Concrete.
On the other hand, Composite Construction was a generic term to describe any building construction with external walls and roofs involving multiple dissimilar materials rather than reinforced concrete.
