Abstract.
Paper is made of naturally abundant materials and is biodegradable.
Material and method Paraffin wax: 56-58 was purchased from Shanghai Specimen and Model Factory, 10 g Solidiym hydroxide NaOH purchased from Shanghai Jiuyi Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd was put into 90 mL deionized water and Phenolphthalein and Ethanol AR were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Regent Co., Ltd, 0.5 g Phenolphthalein was put into 100 ml ethanol solution.
The borosilicate glass pipette (7.6 mm×5.5 mm) was chosen as raw material for fabricating micro channels, we have designed a vertical micro channel puller based on hot-drawing process[15].
Result and discussion The key problem in the pulse driving wax printing system for paper microfluidic devices is to determine the steady jetting conditions.

Thus, how to accurately simulate the true characteristics is a key technology addressed urgently for establishing high-fidelity FE model.
It can be seen that for a certain component, the section size and the FE element type are determined, the tension and compressive stiffness are only associated with the axial elastic modulus of the thin layer elements material.
For a specific structure component, when the structure size and the FE element type are determined, the shear stiffness is only related to the tangential shear modulus of the thin layer elements material.
But this kind of modeling method has some disadvantages: 1) Equivalent simulation for bolted joints needs to determine the material attribute values of the thin layer elements based on the test data, which cannot use without test data; 2) For the regular bolted joints, the interface can be easy to add a thin layer element, but for the irregular bolted joints, the interface is difficult to add a thin layer element to simulate.
Finally the paper discussed the modeling method that based on the parameterized modeling technology can apply to different bolted joints structure in engineering system, and which has provided effective technical support for the establishment of the FE model and dynamic characteristics analysis of mechanical system.
