Introduction 4H-SiC's superior material properties enable thinner, more heavily doped drift layers that can withstand high breakdown voltages, resulting in lower specific on-resistance (Ron,sp) and making unipolar devices more viable compared to silicon-based counterparts.
The key benefit of this additional JFET and channel region is the large increase in channel density.

The disadvantages of liquid fire extinguishing agents include low heat removal from heated surfaces, due to the effect of film boiling, which is a necessary condition for stopping the burning of solid combustible materials [7].
Using potash while alumogel producing (aluminum hydroxide), in comparison to soda ash, increases the relative fire-extinguishing efficiency on 35 % in extinguishing solid combustible materials. 2.

Abstract: Taking the lower arm of DK7725 WEDM Taper Machine as the research object, this paper uses the ANSYS Workbench collaborative simulation environment to analyze equivalent stress and deformation of the lower arm in the different working conditions, find the weak part of Lower Arm, analyze static structure of the lower arm, and improve lightweight design.
The ANSYS Workbench is a convenient tool, using the AWE of DOE method analyze taper lower arm structure of machine tool.Through analyzing the static characteristic, we can find the weak part of the working process of the lower arm there.Through satisfiying the requirement of stiffness and strength, we can complete DK7725 taper machine optimization and improve the arm by using goal-driven optimized structure of input parameters. 2.The finite element analysis of machine tool the lower arm 2.1 The establishment of the finite element model Finite element model is the basis of finite element analysis, the reasonable modeling is the key to the accurate finite element analysis.
In order to improve the steady state performance of the lower arm and reduce the material utilization rate, to achieve its lightweight design, we optimize the model structure and size.
