We characterized the resistivity versus temperature relationship, surface morphology, and crystal phase by using a Cryogenic system, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy), and XRD (X-ray Diffraction). 2 Materials and Experimental Methods 2.1 Sample Preparation The PIST method is more efficient because it does not require any vacuumed or inert gas during the sintering process [14-17].
The fabrication process started with weighing the raw materials of Mg and B powders with the mole ratio of Mg: B is x:2.
Furthermore, several studies confirm that the presence of unreacted Mg is the key factor to decrease the resistivity around TC and the value of RRR is increased[23-26].

These properties are available from standard material handbooks.
Furthermore, e1, e2 and e3 are related by e1 = 2e2 - 1 and e3 = 1 - e2 (5) Equations (4) and (5) have been verified for a wide range of grinding conditions, from fine grinding to creep feed grinding, from easily ground material to difficult to grind material [17].

The process is carried out in batch throughput based on 120 kg of mangosteen pericarp/papaya leaf as key raw materials (abbreviated as MP).
SUT is time taken before a unit procedure could begin such as time needed to prepare the raw materials and setting up the equipment to its ready mode.
The scheme 1 process included raw materials pre-treatment, packaging and storage sections as shown in Figure 3.
Furthermore, all costs which were related to equipments’ installation such as piping, instrumentation, insulation and electrical, indirect cost such as engineering and construction as well as contractor’s fee and contingency were also factored in.

New Mechanism of Saving Energy and Reducing Pollution in Burning Processing of Emulsified Oil Yuanyu Tian1, a, Yingyun Qiao1,b 1 Faculty of chemistry and chemical engineering ,Shandong university of technology, Qingdao,266510,China atianyy1008@126.com, bqiao_yingyun@126.com Keywords: Emulsification Oil, Combustion, Mechanism, Saving Energy, Reducing Pollution Abstract.
If dielectric constant is closer of two materials, their solubility is the better.
According to the new mechanism, the key to save energy and reduce pollution in burning process of emulsification heavy oil is to vaporize the liquid water rapidly into high temperature steam at the evaporation horizon.
The industrial scale test of the burning de-oiling hard asphalt-water slurry was finished in the medium-sized combustion furnace, which belongs to Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
