Abstract.
Nonlinearities relating to geometric and material characteristics were considered and steel stress-strain relationship was assumed to be elastic-perfectly plastic [11].
The failure of specimens subjected to axial tension load is mostly caused by material failure.

Gallium oxide is one of the transparent conducting metal oxide materials with an n-type semiconductor property because of oxygen vacancy in the crystal in spite of high energy band gap [4, 5].
Materials and Methods Preparation of films.
From FE-SEM, HR-XRD and UV-vis diffuse reflectance results, it was observed that H2 flow rate played key role in controlling nanostructure morphology, increased step coverage of the substrate, increased diffraction peak width, and engineered the bandgap of the grown films.

For optical components, hard-to-cut materials, and other processing applications, ultrasonic vibration assisted turning effectively reduces cutting force and tool wear while enhancing quality.
For hard rigid or special materials in particular, ultrasonic vibration assisted applications generate much better results.
