Abstract: This paper analyzes the importance of the wind farm wind speed prediction, as well as the different forecasting methods in various fields.
The main factors to affect the wind farm output is the natural wind speed, so future changes of the fast and accurate prediction of wind speed is the key, which can provide an important reference for the grid scheduling.

Abstract.
For putting out high-rise fire, relationship between fire-extinguishing cost and benefit is the key point.
Superfine powder extinguishing agent combines the advantage of chemical and physical suppression together through composite material, which can suppress flame combustion and smother flameless combustion effectively, it can also cover and cool the thermal radiation.
The structure of fire-extinguishing bomb In this simulation process, constitutive model of material and controls parameter were decided at first, LS-DYNA was used to pre-process the simplified model and AUTODYN was used to post-process this model, which solved the problem that it’s difficult in building the model and mesh this model.

Key words: carbon tax, mode of recycling and remanufacturing, remanufacture
Abstract: Three modes of recycling and remanufacturing are discussed when the carbon tax is imposed, the impact of carbon emissions on the mode of recycling and remanufacturing is further analyzed.
The raw materials and manufacturing process of each product are the same as each other, so the carbon emissions of each product in the manufacturing process are the same as each other, we assume that is Ωn.

Abstract.
Russian’s eastern development shall be based on energy development; so that Russia’s economic cooperation with China has to put energy development as the key field.
Resources, including oil and natural gas, are the indispensable raw materials for the industrial manufacturing in various countries in the world; in order to ensure the smooth production, countries’ demands on resources will go up constantly; consequently, the global floating of production factors and resources, brought about by the economic globalization, will objectively force Russia to expand its export of oil and natural gas.

Abstract.
Introduction The operating speed is one of the key parameters of a combine harvester at the design stage.
The material is 20CrMnMo with Poisson’s ratio of 0.3, elasticity modulus of 2.06E+5MPa and density of 7850 Kg/m3 after carburizing and quenching.
Then the Parasolid data format is imported to ADAMS and the following steps need to be preset: Step 1: set the basic information for each object such as material property, name, color, location and direction; Step 2: merge the other parts aside from working gears for further simplification; Step 3: constrain shafts revolute joints and each gear a fixed joint at its center of mass with the subordinative shaft; Step 4: define the contact between each pair of meshing gears, and each planetary gear in the differential needs two contact definitions since it meshes two side gears; Step 5: supply a rotational joint motion to the input shaft with the function: step(time,0,0,0.02,10716d); Step 6: add constant load torque to each front wheel.
