Introduction Friction material is the necessary function material for brake assembly of automobile.
The most important indexes to indicate the friction performance of materials is friction coefficient that must be measured by special measurement system.
Referring to the Method of Inertia Brake Test of Friction Materials for Vehicles (Chinese Standards QC/T 520-1999), we use the filtered data to compute and recognize to generate the test report, which includes pressure, temperature, friction torque, rotation speed, and friction coefficient Fig.2 Function modules of the software changing curves and many necessary parameters value such as average friction coefficient, ware rate, and so on.
According to the friction material name or test date, users can inquire history records in fuzzy or precise mode.
