The morphology and phase structure of the TiN and PbO2 coatings were examined using a PHILIPS XL33-TMP scanning electron microscope and a Broker AXS D8 FOCUS diffractometer.
It is shown that the coating presents a layered structure because of the heavy impact of droplets on the substrate in the spraying process.
The TiN coating has a layered structure on the cross section and consists of small TiO2.

This structure is similar to the α-quartz, which is stability.

Fig.1a shows the morphology of the amorphous seed crystal which is reticular structure.
According to preferential adsorption law of colloidal chemistry, that is colloidal particles adsorb preferentially the ions which have the same chemical elements with the colloidal particles, and the iron ions had higher concentration in the system, we can infer that iron ions were adsorbed to the surface of α-FeOOH (Fig.1c).

It could be found that Pt(111) was main diffraction peak of PtCuLaOx membrane, and that the phase composition in these samples was all fcc crystal structure.

For the PdNi/C sample, Fig. 3(a) showed that the general structure contained spherical nanoparticles of C, Pd, and Ni elements with different sizes less than 100 nm.
