Preliminary Research on One Multiband Smoke Material Preparation

As a result of the latest development of TIR sensing technology and PGW, materials such as red phosphorus are added to enhance camouflage smoke to interfere with TIR.
Experiment Materials.
In the light of smoke electromagnetic attenuation theory and considering future practical demand of smoke materials, the multiband smoke agent can be applied to interfere with visible lights, TIR and MMW, being wide in shielding area, quick to generate smoke, long for hanging time, effective in material, strong in stability, low in cost and harmless to human body.
Orthogonal experimental method is employed to save material and time, considering different kinds and different formulations of the four materials will inevitably influence the smoke effect after combustion.

Based on the analysis and comparison, the statics and dynamics analysis was carried on by analytic method and ANSYS12.1 software,the input stiffness, magnifying multiple and the relationship between output displacement and load are calculated,and the stress analysis shows that the maximum stress of magnifying mechanism is less than the maximum allowable stress of materials.
