Abstract.
According to Nevo, a software engineer at Google who heads the Google Flood Forecasting Initiative, artificial intelligence can effectively help them send out flood warnings way before traditional methods [31].
Materials and Methodology Rivers and their corresponding flow characteristics rely on three factors: Precipitation, topography and land cover.
To maximize the map in the (Fit) window, press the 'a' key or the 'Fit View' button located on the left Panel.

Abstract.
So, identifying the hydraulic connection between coalbed water and other groundwater is the key to successful exploitation of coalbed methane.
So along the river the shallow groundwater recharge the river. 2 Materials and Methods 24 groundwater samples were collected from different aquifers in June 2012 to determine the hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopes and carry out the water quality analysis.
When the organic materials and desulfurization microbial are coexist [20], the anaerobic degradation will be carry out: SO42-+2C+2H2O→H2S+2 HCO3-.

Abstract.
Methods and Materials Gabardine made with pure new wool was adopted for piece dyeing due to the following reasons: (a) gabardine is a representative of wool fabrics for piece dyeing; (b) by using gabardine, dyeing defects can be easily perceived and unqualified products can be eliminated from the dyeing process immediately; (c) gabardine products can be easily tested using several measuring instruments; (d) piece dyeing does not cause felting shrinkage to gabardine due to high tightness; and (e) the piece dyeing machines are controlled by programmed temperature, which ensures reproducibility of the methods and the results.

While the behavior of electrons in particular control most of the properties of materials, the nature and characteristics of every material can be investigated from first-principles, which means grounded on fundamental laws and without any free parameters, by solving the Schrödinger equation for the electrons in that material (based on the Born-Oppenheimer approximation: that the electrons move very fast in comparison to the nuclei that are always more stable, and are so lighter than the atomic nuclei that is feasible to consider fixed the positions of the nuclei while dealing with the electrons)[5].

Keywords: substrate position, reaction gas partial pressure, pulsed bias voltage, macro-particles and arc ion plating.
During the process of arc ion plating, the target material melts in some certain region around the arc spot, which moves irregularly on the surface of target, due to high temperature and large energy density of the arc spot [3, 4], spouts in the form of droplets which depositing on the surface of the substrate and form macro-particles with different shapes and sizes.
Therefore, many engineers research the macro-particles distribution influenced by process parameters and formulate reasonable process, by not using the shielding design or the magnetic filter technology.

Materials and Methods The chemical composition (in weight percent) of molten steel is 0.005% C, 3.0% Si, 0.07% Mn, 0.028% S and the remaining is Fe.
The key to calculating the molten steel level is to determine the upper surface area of the molten pool by calculating the partial area of the upper surface of the molten pool within the ROI.
