C.Lim and Grace W.Pan pointed out international tourists mainly came from Japan in China, and an autoregressive-average model was established based on the data of Japanese tourists beginning from 1986 to 2000 [1]; Jinhong Huang (2008) used econometric software to analyze the factors affecting tourism income in China, and conclusion was that the number of domestic tourists, urban per capita expenditure on tourism, and rural per capita expenditure on tourism were the main influence factors [2]; Meijiao Cui, Fupeng Tian and Shuhui Wan (2009) made a multiple regression analysis on domestic tourism income through SPSS software, and they put forward that the major factors affecting domestic tourism income were the number of tourism agencies and the number of tourist attractions [3]; Mohammad Mohebi and Khalid Abdul Rahim (2010) made an empirical analysis on the major factors affecting inbound tourism expenditure in Malaysia, the result was that the Malaysian price index and distance had negative
