Introduction Centrifuge is an important chemical equipment, the materials with different sedimentation coefficient and buoyant density were separated in use of powerful centrifugal force coming from high-speed rotation of rotor.
The raw material and preparation of magnetic rubber Magnetic rubber is made up of rubber, magnetic powder and other additives.
The change of friction coefficient shows that when the NBR is added magnetic power into, the binding power between transfer film and grinding surface becomes stronger and a complete and solid friction transfer film is formed which makes the friction behavior always between the transfer film and the substrate, the friction coefficient remained at a much lower level; on the other hand, barium ferrite magnetic powder added to the nitrile rubber is a nano-materials, the micro-valleys and tiny defects are filled which makes the friction contact surface is always in a relatively flat state , and can play a role in the repair of worn surface. 2.

The intention is to use the high melting point inert materials in inhibitors to mix in the growing sediment, by intermittently spraying the powdery substance to flue gas on the upstream of heating surface.
The inhibitor used in this research is white powder mixture with a particle size about 74um, the main components of the inhibitor is high melting point MgO, supplemented by a small amount of CaCO3and other inorganic materials.
