Urgency of breaking the urban-rural dual structure and establishing new industry- agriculture and urban-rural relationships Agriculture is the foundation of industry, which provides raw materials and development motivation to the development of industry; Industry is the source power and technical support of agricultural development, which provides production equipment for the development of agriculture.
Majority of the peasants do not share the benefits and achievements that modern science and technology bring, instead, due to the increasing of information exchange between urban and rural areas, they feel more and more unfair to social gap.

A method for hardening titanium products by doping with carbon-containing materials is proposed.
ESA is a complex process of melting and evaporation of substrate materials and alloying electrode, their mixing and deposition on the surface to be hardened.
Hence the efficiency of doping with carbon-containing materials and materials that are carbide or nitride-forming.
In the present work, porous graphite, pyrographite and carbon fiber were used as materials for the alloying electrode.

However, the material is not always included in that library.
When circular holes are needed into such materials, the abrasive waterjet cutting is a very suitable method which assures a reasonable cost and the required quality of the parts. The experimental tests presented in this paper proved that abrasive waterjet can be used with good results for cutting circular holes into aluminium honeycomb panel materials. The main challenge is to find the proper values of the working parameters to obtain the required surface accuracy.
Further research is encouraged to establish the cutting conditions in other cases of part’s shape and other alumina ceramic materials.

Introduction Nowadays, materials science shows new routes for preparation of porous materials with crystalline ordering at nanometric scale.
Two materials have been reported as self-assembly materials: silica[1-3] and latex[4-6] because they are monodispersed particles and can be easily removed by heat treatment or chemical etch.

After decades of successful increase in device performance by downscaling, extending this trend has necessitated the introduction of innovative materials and technologies.
For CMOS logic devices, the introduction of gate stacks based on high-κ materials and the move to finFET architectures have been interesting examples of disruptive changes.
(b) Estimated etch selectivity values for undoped Ge0.92Sn0.08 and Ge0.92Sn0.08:P materials, the etch selectivity being defined as the ratio ER[Ge0.92Sn0.08(:P)]/ER[Ge].
In a next step, we will also assess etch selectivity for strained Ge materials, for which the GeSn/Ge multi-stack needs to be grown on SiGe strain relaxed buffers [5].
