Stoichiometric amounts of Al(NO3)3.9H2O and Mg(NO3)2.6H2O are mixed in such a way that the Al AND Mg ratio is maintained at 2:1.A small amount of water is added to it to form limpid solution.
Figure 1 shows the flow chart of the procedure used for the preparation of MgAl2O4 powders.
Conclusion (1) Preparation of nanocrystalline MgAl2O4 powders using polymer gel reaction is technically simpler, more cost effective, and more time and energy efficient than other technology

The
molar ratio of the above reactants was as follows: (1-0.3) NiCl2. 6H2O:0.3
CoCl2.6H2O:1.0H3PO4:3.0 TEA:200H2O (where the molar ratio of cobalt in the overall metal was
0.3).

Introduction
With the increasing demand for wireless services, existing fixed spectrum assignment policies [1] have led to a serious deficiency in valuable spectral resources.
System Model As in Fig.1, we consider a multiuser MIMO CR system composed of K secondary users and one primary user.
It’s assumed that each user has nT=12 transmit antennas and nR=3 receive antennas, the maximum transmit power for each transmitter is Pk=1, and the maximum tolerable interference power is PSU,k=0.1.
