Abstract.
Introduction Precision plastic forming, which is the advanced technology in the field of plastic processing, produces the workpieces that accord with or approximate to the final shape, dimensions and precision of the finished products by the materials’ self plastic deformation.
The material characteristics of Q235A are presented in Table 1.

The flow and head of the vibration pump were deduced and then the correlation between the pump characteristics and material and construction were analyzed.
In order to ensure the normal work of the pump, the maximum working stress must be less than the allowable material stress.
The tensile resistance of nitrile rubber (reinforced vulcanized rubber) is 15 ~ 30Mpa, =15/2.2=6.828Mpa means allowable stress, n is the safety factor, the plastic material, n = 1.5-2.2, here n equals 2.2, equals 15Mpa, Pressure of working surface is ,=3.0379510-4 m2, F=110794.85103=549.87N =1.81Mpa F is the force produced by electromagnetic actuator mechanism; S is the area of working surface.

Semiconductor silicon is one kind substrate material that widely used in integrated circuit and microelectronic technology.
Discussion In the microwave, millimeter-wave circuit design, it usually adopts substrate materials with higher relative dielectric constant, and the thickness of substrate requires thinner with the frequency increasing; When PCB layout is fixed, change the thickness of substrate, the bandwidth of band-pass filter narrowed gradually as the thickness decreasing, the loss of the microstrip band-pass filter increased as the loss tangent increased; when take silicon as substrate, the center frequency of bandpass filter decreases continuously as the doped concentration increasing.
