Abstract.
Materials and Methods Cell culture Three ml of fresh marrow cells was aspirated from anterior iliac crest of the osteoarthritic patients and cultured in a humidified atmosphere of 95% air with 5% CO2 at 37 o C.
Fig. 3 Total ankle replacement using alumina ceramic prosthesis loaded with cultured cells Pre-op Post-op 4 weeks Discussion and Conclusion Present data showed that alumina ceramic is qualified material for culturing human marrow mesenchymal cells, which finally differentiate into osteoblasts.
From basic science to clinical applications.

The motion law of burden material at rotating chute is studied deeply and the burden movement model has been effectively improved, on the basis of which the influence of various burden parameters on coke main striking point and stock flow width is investigated.
The radial distance between the upper material trajectory and the lower material trajectory is determined as the stock flow width.

In general the size of bonding strength between nonmetal matrix materials and composite coatings is decided by Van Der Waals and the roughness of nonmetal coatings.
To compare with metal matrix, the bonding strength between nonmetal matrix materials and coatings is smaller one magnitude.
The bonding strength between metal matrix materials and coatings is large, moreover the more lustre of the coatings is the better bonding strength is.
