Data description.
The data is also restricted by statistics of energy in 2007, which was compiled by the NBS.
The only problem is the statistic of sectors in IO table and the data base do not match.
So we calculated the growth rate of exports and imports of each sector based on OECD data.
We can find another way to estimate the data.

The academic novelty of the work consists in identifying the regulations in the influence of PFM, obtained on the basis of resorcinol-formaldehyde oligomers, on the strength reduction of concretes in biologically aggressive media, which consists in the peptizing action of PFM and finely-crystalline structure formation, which contributes to cement stone compaction and reduction of micro-cracks inside concrete and on its surface.
The analysis of the obtained data (Tab.1) has demonstrated that the fungi-resistance of concretes under study is greatly influenced by the age and porosity of samples, as well as by alkalinity of medium.
Analyzing the strength properties alteration dynamics of samples (Fig. 1,2), we can see that in the initial period (1–7 months) the inoculated samples are characterized with a certain strength enhancement, but then (8–12 month) the strength reduction is observed, especially for samples LC-4 and HC-4.
The peptizing action of SP SB-3 results in the formation of more finely-crystalline structure, which contributes to cement stone compaction and reduction of micro-cracks inside concrete and on its surface.
The strength characteristics of the cement stone with the researched modifiers are not reduced at mold fungi spores’ contamination, but, on the contrary, slightly increase due to the increase of cement paste fluidity, decrease of W/C ratio, reduction of micro-cracks in concrete and compaction of its structure.

Eight methods have been developed and contrasted with each other for filtering LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data.
In the second part (section 3) describes characteristics of 15 sample data sets.
The preliminary test results of samples data are presented in the third part (section 4).

(Fig.1a) shows the relevant data based on data charts,We can see the distribution of a large range of energy efficiency test data, the uneven quality of Chinese product manufacturers, the majority of air-cooled air conditioning energy efficiency of 3.0 or less, significantly lower than that of Europe, Japan.
According to the measured data,we can calculate the SEER with the Eq. 1 ,Eq.2 and Eq.3.
According to Chinese meteorological data, we can find the part of the city's SEER value(see Fig.1b).

The earthquake emergency rescue work aiming to minimize casualties and property losses caused by the earthquake and maintain social stability plays an important role in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
With 2D GIS data model and structural theory and technology mature, further development of graphic theory, database theoretical technology and computer virtual reality technology, and strong promotion of the applicative demand, the emergence and development of 3D GIS have become possible [3].
Considering practicability and diversity of the channels of getting remote sensing data, this paper uses the OpenGL technology as the main implemental platform and develops this system under the C/S mode.
The data of this system can be managed by combining Oracle database and file; the effect analysis of the earthquake emergency rescue action and marking the targets can be realized in 3D system; in order to improve the display performance of the 3D geographic scene, the 3D GIS marking function can be developed by directly applying the OpenGL which is relatively outstanding in this field.

The rough set theory to determine the importance of property is a manifestation the objective existence relative importance (which is objective existence) of large amount of historical data for each attribute.
