These two important manufacturing materials are deemed to have certain limitations in terms of their physical, chemical, and mechanical properties for some applications.
Development of other FGM combinations like Ti and Invar, Ti-6Al-4V and Mo, 304L, and Inconel 625 were also reported with sound mechanical properties [9].
All these events influence the resultant mechanical properties of the deposition [13].
So, all these factors should be taken into consideration while selecting the materials for metal ceramic FGMs.
Production of these metal ceramic FGMs by DED technique involves careful consideration of many factors discussed above.

• Optimized aging factors were 0.50 molar ratio of Mg:Si, 80 ºC and 60 h
Several types of research have been focused on improving structure properties (improving surface properties and the porous structure) of magnesium silicate by chemical synthesis on nanoscale [1, 4- 7].
Effect of process factors on the responses of MSA production.
All the responses either individually or interactively affected aging factors and MSA were produced with the properties having a wide range varying values such as: from 168 to 786 m2.g-1 BET surface are, from 0.15 to 0.48 cm3.g-1 BJH pore volume, from 4.28 to 7.12 nm BJH pore size, from 0.11 to 0.14 g.cm−3 density and from 95 to 97 % porosity.
The BET surface area and the BJH pore volume increased and BJH pore size decreased with increasing aging factors until the critical aging points of all the factors.

Simulation results show the surface roughness has great impact on the rheological properties and phase orientation of LCP melts in the nanochannel (cross section is 12nm).
Introduction LCPs are a new class of macromolecular materials that, suitably processed, behave in a self-reinforcing manner and exhibit special properties in comparison with tranditional polymers.
In the last decades, a number of investigators [1,2]examined how the injection pressure and rate affected the mechanical properties of injection molded specimens made from LCPs at macro scale.
In addition, temperatures of injection mould and roughnesses of mould wall are also very important, influencing the LCP micro/nano melt flow and the mechanical properties of specimens.
Conclusions In this paper, the effects of wall roughness on the rheological and structural properties of the nano- melt LCP film have been studied by using MD simulations.

Carried out microstructural observations of the weld by optical microscope and tensile properties evaluated in welded condition at ambient and cryogenic (20K) temperatures are compared with parent metal properties.
Because of their high chemical reactivity, titanium alloys readily absorb gases (oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen) and results in many problems such as low mechanical properties with catastrophic failures.
The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the billet were reported in Table 1 and Table 2 respectively.

The physical and thermal properties of charcoal and factors affecting the testing unit’s performance, which were mixing ratios by weight of eucalyptus bark charcoal: cassava starch: water content (1: 0.10: 0.75, 1: 0.15: 0.75 and 1: 0.20: 0.75) and screw pressing speeds (90, 105, 120 and 135 rpm) were studied.
Moreover, the chemical properties of eucalyptus bark indicate that the proportions of salt exist in large quantities which have the effect of decreasing the efficiency and heat production in industry [2].
It was stated that mechanical and physical properties of charcoal briquettes were influenced by several parameters viz. die pressure, dwell time, charcoal particle size, binder type and water content.
The analysis of variance showed that the cassava starch (A) and screw press speed (B) significantly affected pressing capacity and properties of charcoal block, but screw press speed did not significantly affect heating value and utilization efficiency.

The vibration properties under sine excitation and random were simulated by the Matlab Simulink Software.
The characteristics of friction influence resulted from comprehensive functions of all factors, such as types of excitation, excitation amplitude and frequency and the location of friction.
It is well known that structural vibration under load will accelerate structural fatigue failure, affect directly the performance of mechanical systems and reduce comfort of the operators.
However, due to the complexity and nonlinear of friction, it is still not very clear that how does friction force affect the structure vibration.

For simplicity, the model is based on sliding distance as input variable, while other factors like temperature, load, surface conditions are treated as constant.
Along with the chemical and physical properties of the materials in contact, wear is dependent on a combination of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, which makes it a dynamic response of the mechanical system in consideration [2].
Due to the difficulty in dealing with large number of variables affecting the wear phenomenon and the incomplete nature of the wear theory, experimental verification of the model is an integral part of any wear modeling effort [2].
Mechanical wear is classified in four major modes: Adhesive, Abrasive, Erosive and Fatigue [5].
Thus, the accuracy of the wear model can be improved if combined effects of geometry and material properties are added.

The microwave dielectric properties of dielectric resonators were also deeply affected by the liquid sintering temperature due to the development of microstructure at low sintering temperature or reaction between host material and addition.
The dielectric properties of 9MCCLT-based ceramics were characterised.
The formation of Second phase [(Mg0.95Co0.05)Ti2O5] might affect the microwave dielectric properties of 9MCCLT ceramics.
It may directly affect the microwave dielectric properties of the ceramic samples.
CONCLUSION The effect of 3Z2B addition on the microwave dielectric properties and the microstructures of MCCLT ceramics were investigated.

The selection of a particular metal-matrix composite (MMC) and its subsequent application is contingent upon the specific properties demanded for the task at hand, encompassing factors such as strength, thermal conductivity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Because reinforcing a composite helps to increase factors like strength, stiffness of the composite.
This incorporation of short fibers serves to enhance the mechanical properties of the composite material.
Applications [26 to 29] Factors influencing the selection of natural fibers: Factors like mechanical properties (e.g., tensile strength and stiffness), cost-effectiveness, eco-friendliness, recyclability, and availability of fibers such as flax and hemp influence their selection in reinforcing hybrid polymer composites.

Supercritical fluid possesses a lot of unique properties.
Changes of pressure mainly affected solute concentration in supercritical solution, thus affecting particle shape and size produced by the process of the expansion of supercritical fluid.
Temperature changes caused density changes in SCF, thus affecting the solubility of the SCF.
