The nonlinear characteristics of the phenomenon as well as the dependence of physical and mechanical properties with the temperature were considered in this work.
The thermal and mechanical behavior of the welding involves the knowledge of some data: the local high temperatures, the properties of materials as function of the temperature and the movel heat source.
In welding there are many factors that affect the type and magnitude of distortions, among them we can: process [7], forced heat [5], welding parameters [8], value and type of constraint [9,10], mechanical and thermal properties of the material [11] and joint and plate geometry.
This element is used for 3D structural modeling with constant or thermal dependent properties.
Using the alternative parameter in this work, the thermal distribution was concentrated in the welded metal, and showing a smaller heat affected zone.

Selecting the representative level factors to carry on combination test for the scope of each level factors, depending on the size of the test index to determine the optimal process parameters combination, and according to the result of variance analysis,we can get the influence degree of various factors on the test index.
In this paper,it uses A, B, C, D as impact factors, and the hydrophobic of nanoTiO2(Y) as the test index .
Reaching the level factors as shown in Table 1.
Fig.1 illustrates the join of nanoTiO2 can make significant increase in the compressive strength of man-made stone. when the amount of nanoTiO2 is3%, the compressive strength of artificial marble can be increased to 100 MPa, the method improves reunion phenomenon of nano-particles and advances the mechanical properties of marble materials.
Effect on Compressive Strength of amount of nano-TiO2 The influence of modified nano TiO2 on the properties of the artificial marble is shown in Table 3.

It has been established that the winding of the periodic profile improves the strength properties of the composite reinforcement material.
Efforts of pulling out composite reinforcement with different types of surface treatment and types of concrete winding It is obvious that the decrease in the mechanical strength of concrete during corrosion affects the adhesion of composite reinforcement with concrete for all types of surface treatment of reinforcement.

Effective section thickness (EST) and interface morphology is the two important factors affecting the strength of overlap joint, and interface angle (stress concentration) and interface defect are the major failure modes of the joint, while, if the interface angle was smooth transition outside nugget area, the mechanics properties of the overlap joint will be greatly improved [5,6].
Moreover, the form and the vertical direction of the notch can reduce the mechanical properties by acting as crack initiation site during transversal loading .

Due to the high anisotropy of the properties and the high attenuation factor of ultrasonic (US) waves, the usage of high-frequency US methods is also limited.
That ensures high accuracy in determining acoustic properties (velocity and attenuation of the waves) in the studied objects.
Distribution diagrams of humidity stresses change over time due to the plasticizing effect of water, the elastic modulus of the cured polymer matrix changes, which is also a factor affecting the normal waves propagation velocity in composite rebars.
At the same time, in low grade samples, there is a more significant variation in the acoustic characteristics of the rebars, which indicates the lack of stability of the mechanical specifications due to the variation of technological factors.
Studies have shown the possibility of using the following structurally sensitive factors: the absolute values of the rod and torsional waves velocities, their variation in the process of water absorption, heating and cooling.

A number of factors need to be considered when developing numerical models for multipass welding, inluding: weld method (and heat input), weld geometry, bead sequence, boundary conditions and material model.
A particularly sensitive factor is the material model and, specifically, specification of hardening properties from room temperature and potentially up to the melting point.
Due to their different locations, the deformation history and, therefore the material properties, of these points are expected to differ, since: 1.
In reality a newly deposited bead will have an ‘as welded’ microstructure and material properties that reflect this.
The mechanical properties of the newly deposited weld bead will differ from those of the welding rod prior to welding.

The anti-seismic fortified length of tunnel portal to the effects of dynamic and crack property was studied.
With the Druck-Prager yield criterion adopted[8], the mechanical parameters of material are shown in Table 1.
Because of the tunnel portal exposed outward, geological conditions that are the severely weathered accumulation bodies are poor, it will seriously affect the life and properties of the lining structure if the lining acceleration is too large.
Conclusions Under the high seismic intensity condition, there are many factors, such as topography ,lining material ,surrounding rock type and so on, which affect the anti-seismic fortified length of tunnel portal.
In order to accurately determine the anti-seismic fortified length, it need to take all factors into consideration to the effects of internal force, dynamic and cracking property of lining structure.

Currently, the reinforced concrete with GFRP bars is designed using the principles of Ultimate Limit States, ensuring a sufficient strength (with a design safety factor affecting loading and material strength), determining the failure mode and verify adequate adhesion between the materials.
The mechanical properties of these bars, depending on the diameter, were obtained in these tests, and after certification by CSIC [9], the following values are taken as characteristic mechanical properties for the design and cross-check of reinforced concrete elements.
Shear properties f [mm] Failure load [kN] Characteristic Tensile Strength [kN] 12 11,6 10,22 Table 5.
The different mechanical properties of GFRP bars, however, affect shear strength and must be considered.
