Currently, the jobs that the optimization to the output shaft has been completed as follows: ①the overall structure of the output shaft has been optimized through the optimization calculation to the load at the bearing support position to reduce the maximum bearing load[1]. ② The output shaft has been locally optimized, by reducing the strength safety factors at each position as the object to realize equal strength optimization[6]. ③Through the output shaft quality as system level objective function, through the bending moment and torque in the concentrated load section, safety coefficient change, total remove material of cutting processing as subject objective function, establish multidisciplinary optimization model, for load-structure-process of collaborative output global optimization.

Abstract.
