Introduction
Hydroxyapatite was used as bone fillers and implant materials for many years due to its close resemblance with the mineral phase of nature bone [1].
The fiber surface can also elicit tissue growth, so carbon fiber has been widely used in many field like medical and life science etc [9, 10].
The continuous reinforced materials has anisotropy, in fiber direction the flexural strength and the flexural modulus are outstanding, while in vertical direction transverse crack often occurs.

Introduction
In the process of aluminum electrolysis production, the main goal of aluminium electrolysis enterprise is to maintain the material and energy balance of electrolytic pot, improve current efficiency and reduce the energy consumption.
It leads to the material balance and energy balance of electrolytic pot change constantly.
Experiment shows that, SPC can ensure the stability of aluminium electrolysis pot process parameters, keep the material balance and energy balance, improve current efficiency, and reduce the energy consumption.
