The structure and properties of NBR / Recycled Polytetrafluoroethylene(R-PTFE) composites

The structure and properties of NBR and its composites coupled with different particle size of recycled polytetrafluoetylene(R-PTFE) are investigated.
In this paper, the recycled PTFE particle (R-PTFE) was added to NBR, and the effects of the different particle size of R-PTFE on the structure and properties of NBR / R-PTFE composites were investigated.
Dicumyl peroxide (DCP) was offered by Aladdin Chemistry Co.
Conclusion The structure and properties of NBR/R-PTFE composites are investigated.

A study on the chemistry of epitaxial Ti3SiC2 formation on 4H-SiC using Al-Ti annealing

Some experiments were performed on 1.3 µm of p-type 4H-SiC epitaxial layers, with doping concentration of 2´1019 at/cm-3, in order to allow determination of the Specific Contact Resistance (SCR) using the Transfer Length Method (TLM) structure.
As seen, the diffraction peaks unambiguously reveal the formation of the hexagonal Ti3SiC2 structure which is in epitaxial relation with the substrate.
The tested layer was laterally isolated by RIE etching of the SiC forming mesa structures.

Introduction
Surface structure and chemistry of substrate are crucial for determining the growth characteristics of
films.
After 4min etching, dent structures were formed along the diagonal direction of substrate and the terraces were formed after annealing in oxygen.
Riposan et al. [8] reported that the surface stress is very important to reform the terrace structure of (In, Ga)As/GaAs system.
Therefore, humidity is a crucial factor to prevent the deterioration of terrace structure of SrTiO3 (111).
However, (c) in case of substrate in dessicator with very low humidity, terrace structure can be observed after 30 days from annealing.

Abstract.
A new compound was successfully synthesized as an additive in electrolyte used for high-voltage lithium-ion batteries, owing to its unique structure with the sulfone group that can increase conductivity and broaden the electrochemical window of existing electrolyte.
All molecular structures and contour maps of the molecular orbital were drawn with and visualized by GaussView 3.0 for windows [18].

In this paper, firstly we introduce the concept, composition and classification of nano-fluorocarbon-based magnetic fluids, then we discuss the properties, preparation and structure of perfluoro polyethers (PFPE); afterwards we analyze the NMR spectrum to infer the structure contained in the polymer in detail and systematically, further verify the functional group of PFPE.
According to different monomers and polymerization methods, we can obtain PFPE with 4 different molecular structures, namely K, Y, Z and D [6].
Conclusion From the analysis and speculation of NMR spectra above, we can conclude: in the polymer chain should contain or structure, or a mixture of both, or mixtures of these aggregate units, also the atomic composition is 2:2:1:1:1, meet the integral area ratio, and the peaks correspond to the peak on the C13 NMR spectrum.
