Introduction For the construction industry, it is important to examine the quality of concrete materials after they are casted in place.
To collect experimental data, the researchers collaborated with a local construction material testing lab.

Introduction Grain size is an very significant influencing factor in the performance of the materials, so controlling the grain size in the microstructure is also extremely important for the preparation and selection of materials.
Therefore, understanding the mechanism of grain growth, and providing the direction and approach for material preparation and research , is an important research topic in the material science[1-3].
On the other hand, some metals may have abnormal grain growth after annealing, which has a great impact on properties of the materials, because the abnormal coarse grains in the microstructure will reduce the strength, ductility and toughness of the materials.

Control Measures of Mass Concrete Crack in the Construction Stage Reasonable Choice of Raw Materials.
During the construction process, the temperatures of out-of-machine and pouring should be strictly controlled, on-site mixing of concrete, the sand, stone yard should be set the awning, if necessary it can shoot mist to the raw materials, and also can add the ice to the water at stirring.

In particular, it is important to study the ionic conduction mechanism at a hetero-interface region formed by another material, for example, an insulating substrate (SiO2, MgO, Al2O3, etc.).
Therefore, we believe that studying the physical properties of non-rare- or less-rare-earth materials is also important.

The material which is used to make mould is relatively hard, there’s bottom outlet, narrow guide and horn in the impression of the mould, which is restricted of the identity such as the rigidity of the cutter and dimensions, so that the defective material especially in impression or die can not be cut completely by Milling Machining Process, right now, we should use the EDM.
Moreover, the copper electrode is widely used in mould making for its merit such as handing ease, cheap electrode materials, little waste and can be used in fine machining.
The material structure is shown in Fig.1.
