Introduction
The high energy mechanical ball milling of alloying powder is an important way for the preparation and synthesis of fine and new materials.
During ball milling, high mechanical energy can induce chemical reactions or altering of structure and characteristics of materials, and decreases reactive activation energys significantly.
Alloying of some materials are difficult using traditional melted process.
However, by the use of high energy ball milling, powder alloying and even synthesis of quasi-steady, non-equilibrium or new materials are available.

Introduction
Shape memory alloys (SMAs) have the ability to perform both sensing and actuating functions and have consequently been identified as potential materials for various functions within turbo-engines components.
The introduction of this category of materials in aerospace gas turbines however requires SMAs with martensitic transformation (MT) temperature above 250°C, which is well over MT temperatures of commercially available materials.
As it is known for multiple shape memory materials, mechanical characteristics are better when the transformation temperature Ms is less than half of the melting temperature Tm.

Typical micromachining was used to fabricate resonators’ microstructure (resonant planar spring). The chosen materials decreased the production cost and simplified the fabrication process.
The measured results of two electromagnetic vibration energy harvesters which were assembled by two different shape planar springs with the same kind of material and the testing coil are different.
