According to the results of a study conducted by the Regional Ecological Center of Central and Eastern Europe regarding the impact of the 1999 armed conflict in Yugoslavia [8], the presence of craters from explosions, as well as damage to the soil structure, resulting in land degradation and the subsequent death of flora and fauna, was established.
Among material objects, there are no compounds that have a different structure, but the same IR spectrum, which makes it possible to identify the corresponding contamination in a soil sample by detecting separate bands of the IR spectrum characteristic of it.

The structure of 6-BA and KT is very similar, all belong to the derivatives of adenine, using general chemical or physical methods are hard to carry on their separation, so their quantitative determination is very difficult.
Result showed that two natural cytokinins had different effects on the polarized light response signals at different angles because of their structure differences.
