Deep understanding of the physical properties of the materials under the influence of radiation is vital for effective design of dosimeter devices [3].
Numerous efforts are devoted to investigate the influence of radiation onto the properties of metal oxide materials [4].
However, nature of thin films could be amorphous or polycrystalline at its best, depending on the materials used and the method of preparation [4, 11-13].
SiO films are usually dielectric and are widely used in microelectronics industry as capacitor materials.

For the basis of the NASICON structure, researchers have substituted other elements to replace Zr, P or Si., the other research creates replacement materials to produce divalent and trivalent ions, such as Al3+ or Mg2+ [9].
The raw materials were ball-milled for 2 hours, dried at 80°C for 12 hours, then calcined in air at 1125°C for 12h with heating rate of 2°C.min-1.

Materials and Methods 2.1 Materials and their properties The paving blocks were made using waste materials which include plastic bottles and C&D waste.
The use of only coarse aggregate resulted in significant voids within the mix which ultimately caused poor binding of the materials.

Introduction The newest technologies together with materials science created a new material group called intelligent materials.
It is a fully reversible transformation and exactly this unique transformation allows SMA materials to revert to their original shape [8].
A tangible effect of using SMA materials is a considerable simplification of the presently used constructions which entails obvious economic benefits.
Along with an increase in the volume of production and decrease in the costs of production, SMA materials become increasingly available on the consumer market [7].

The residual stress sensitivity determines the influence of residual stress on the materials strength and resistance against fatigue; it increases with tensile strength (Figure 1, a).
Figure 3: Stress strain diagram for investigated materials Specimens were prepared by turning according to [12].
The accuracy and applicability of the presented method, mainly depends on the materials’ residual stress sensitivity, which increases with the ultimate strength.
Further research will be carried out analyzing literature results to identify coefficients for different materials such as AISI 4140.
