Materials. dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) (Aldrich, reagent), ε-Caprolactone(ε-CL,99%,Alfa Aesar), stannous octoate(Sn(Oct.), 95%, Sigma), 4-dimethylamino pyridine(DMAP, 99%, Alfa Aesar), dicyclohexyl carbodiimide(DCC,99%,Alfa Aesar), 2,2’-Azoisobutyronitrile (AIBN, Fluka, 98%) were purified by receystallization from methanol[6].

Materials Instrumentation: Vitamin E standard was purchased from the national institute for the control of pharmaceutical and biological products (China),cholesterol was obtained from Beijing institute of Chemical reagents (China), Vitamin E was obtained from Chengdu Kelong chemical industry reagent plant (China), chloroform and methanol were obtained from Tianjin chemical industry reagent plant (China).
