The Production Scheduling Problem of Aluminum Casting Based on Theory of Constraints Peng pin1,2,a and Chen enhu2,b 1Business School of Central South University,Changsha,Hunan, china 410083 2Jiangxi University of Science and Technology,Ganzhou, Jiangxi, China 341000 aPengpin@126.com, bchenenhu87@163.com Key words: Aluminum casting; Theory of Constraints; Production scheduling Abstract.
The holding furnace not only removes the gas and slag, but also plays a buffer role of post-melting for molten aluminum which helps to avoid the long melting time of furnace and ensures the continuous operation of casting machine. 3) Scheduling of bottleneck process Aluminum production scheduling should focus on strengthening the management of melting and select the appropriate production scheduling rules according to the different optimization goals and production rules to ensure melting the molten aluminum sent from electrolysis process completely, minimizing non-commissioned materials in the casting process and reducing the ingot inventory.

Introduction Zinc oxide is an important material with applications ranging from the fabrication of Ultraviolet (UV) optical detectors to photovoltaic devices [1,2].
An important limitation of this material for photovoltaic application is that it is only sensitive to the UV region of the solar spectrum.
