The building contains 1.5 tons building materials per square meter, the consumption of labor, material, energy and capacity will be astronomical under so large-scale demolition across the country.
There is a huge impact on the environment in building, consuming 50% of energy, 40% of raw materials, and 50% of the water.
In most cases, the structure is far lower because of material performance factors such as the failure probability appeared not acceptable.
