Introduction Some features such as high specific surface area, developed porosity, possess of different functional groups on surface, thermal stability, acid-alkali resistance and the ability of regeneration make it possible for activated carbon to be a versatile material.
Materials and methods Phenol supplied by SINOPHARM (AR), stock solution was prepared by dissolving 1.0 g of phenol in 1L of distilled water and was stored in a brown color glass reservoir of 1L capacity to prevent photo-oxidation.

So in this study, we use chitosan nonwoven as a basic material to fabricate a carboxymethyl chitosan scaffold via surface chemical modification.
Materials and methods Chitosan (CS) (100DVL; molecule weight 46000-83000) purchased from Dainichiseka Color and chemicals Mfg.co.Ltd (Japan) were dissolved in the trifloroacetic acid (Wako, Japan) with concentration 10 %( m/v) at room temperature.

Although scholar Hyun Surk Kim who comes from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology has conducted structural design and manufacturing of grinding machine based on the high-precision of a three-axis ultra-precision CNC grinding machine[2], ignored improving the grinding machine performance through optimizing the structure of grinding machine bed.
Domestically, scholar Lina Zhan who is in Power Engineering Department, Hunan Water Conservancy and Hydropower College, has recognized the relationship between the layout of rids and force through analyzing the three-dimensional solid model of some CNC grinding machine bed and finite-element analysis[4], but failed to analyze specific grinding machine and material of grinding machine bed.
