For slope risk analysis of tailings dam, the current research focuses on treating physical and mechanical parameters of tailing materials as the basic random variables.
It makes most engineering variables as random quantity and reliability index or failure probability is attained to design or check structure. [1] Reliability analysis of the tailings dam has been more research, but almost all treat physical and mechanical parameters of tailing materials as the basic random variables, such as shear index, and unit weight.
The material parameters are shown in Table 1.

Conclusions Material properties can be radically altered or materials bound or assembled by external classical fields or by modification of the quantum fields in the vacuum.
