Since material is subjected to shear and friction action between the screw and the sleeve, as well as between the material and the material, so large amounts of heat is produced that the water in the materials is transformed into overheat water steam in a very short time, and in the compression chamber the high pressure is formed.
During the process of screw rotationally promoting materials, the force is large on the pressure surface of the helix, and the force is small on the non-pressure surface, so the load mainly was applied on the pressure surface.
According to the relation curve between materials compression ratio and pressure in the extrusion chamber, we applied load on the sleeve and the nozzle.

Introduction Self-Organizing Maps have been used in many science areas: as a tool for organizing large amounts of data, as a tool of speech recognition differing between several groups of people, for process monitoring in engineering and natural science, and for classification of data in different fields like finance and social science.
Piezoelectric materials are used as sensors and actuators for the generation and measurement of ultrasonic waves for inspection of structures and involve many advantages like applicability for high frequencies as well as being able to cope with only a small amount of energy.

The tips are provided to make sure that the creator of current-state map understands the whole material and information flow.
The timeline at the bottom of the CVSM shows both value-added and non-value added times from the entry of raw materials through the whole process until the end product is completed.
Because material supply has risk, Building safety buffers can ensure the production line can be continued.

Because the smart materials have excellent mechanical performance, the structure vibration control applied them is focused on recently.
One class of such material is shape memory alloy (SMA)[2].

Introduction Nowadays explosive welding is one of the most widely used technologies for the production of composites from various pairs of materials.
Depending on solubility of elements into each other materials can be classified as materials forming intermetallics, materials are completely soluble into each other and materials with no mutual solubility.
In many of studies [3-11] it was noted that during welding of dissimilar materials, an intermetallics thin layer was formed at the interface.
In this case the size of new grains originated at the most intensively deformed regions of materials is 6 µm.

Experimental materials and method Experimental materials were melted in 0.5t variable frequency induction furnace adding electro-dregs remelting furnace.
The tempering hardness forecast of secondary hardening of Cr-W-Mo-V high alloy medium-upper steel not only provides techno-parameter for alloy design of a steel including composition design, technics design and property forecast, but also provides techno-parameter for manufacture engineering including material choice and heat treatment.

Some kinds of resources can be employed over the internet without actual materials transport, but there are still some kinds of resources must be employed with materials logistics.
In most cases, several unparalleled sub-tasks are assigned to several individual virtual resources, and the materials need to be transported among several individuals, so a full consideration of the impact of logistics costs must be taken. 2.

Performance parameters of these sensors are affected by both the materials from which they are made and their geometric design.
The FBG within the FBG strain sensor registers the strain applied to the sensitive element via the packaging materials and the bonding medium.
