Currently, there are more and more methods about the micro-displacement which are produced using the piezoelectric properties of the piezoelectric materials, and many sensors are used for calibration in this way.
According to the theory of mechanics of materials, we can build up three force and moment equations separately as following.

Introduction Marine environments were generally considered the most corrosive of the environments due to the amount of sea salt deposited on materials.
Among the available thermal spraying methods for producing coatings, twin wire arc spray was known to be one of the less expensive thermal spraying processes with an ability to produce dense coatings with a wide rate of material deposition [2,3].
Commercially available aluminum rare earth with 2mm diameter was used as the spraying material.

Some conclusions can be obtained from previous computing experience of the stator modal analysis: when the materials and the outer diameter of the stator are defined, the first-order bending modal of the stator depends mostly on the heights h1, h2, h3, h6 and h7, while the inner diameter r3 has little effect on the modal.
The metal material of the stator is 45 steel and the piezoelectric material is PZT-4.
