The design parameters and material properties of the original component are given as follows: the calculated height of SRC column is 3600mm, the sectional dimension of component is 800mm×800mm, the size of H steel section is H500×450×30×45, the distribution of longitudinal reinforcement in the component is 1625 and the distribution of stirrup in the component is 10@100; the degree of concrete strength is C45; the grade of H section steel is Q235; the grade of reinforcement is HPB235.

Gettering Effect with Al Implanted into 4H-SiC CVD Epitaxial Layers.
