Due to the presence of hydrophilic mineral composition of the mica and argillaceous materials, carbonaceous schist could be softened easily upon encoutering water.
In the case of high moisture content, pelitic composition between the synovial surface of the carbonaceous materials changed from a solid to a plastic state and even flow plastic state.

Conditions of Simulation and Experiment The material used in investigation was a CuZn37 alloy with a sheet thickness of 0.20mm, whose mechanical properties are presented in Table 1.
The stress - strain and forming limit curves of the used material are presented in Fig. 1.
The mobile grip compresses the spring and creates a blank holder force that pushes the material against the punch into die cavity; for each sheet thickness a helical spring is used, its developed force being previously calculated and verified using a load cell.

Introduction Marine environments were generally considered the most corrosive of the environments due to the amount of sea salt deposited on materials.
Among the available thermal spraying methods for producing coatings, twin wire arc spray was known to be one of the less expensive thermal spraying processes with an ability to produce dense coatings with a wide rate of material deposition [2,3].
Commercially available aluminum rare earth with 2mm diameter was used as the spraying material.
