Besides, information technology has changed the traditional using form of library, and the students can achieve material by the computers in the new libraries, the area of which are much larger than ever, and the equipments are much advanced.
Compared with the past, the new teaching resource center should accommodate and manage the growing new media material, such as internet, VCR, CD and audio tape, so the traditional book shelves and stack rooms will be eliminated in the future.
“Revitalizing nation by science and education” is the basic strategy of China, and the technology and education develop rapidly now, so this architectural design of XiFei NO.1 high school provides a good idea for other primary and secondary school design in China.

Background
China’s plastic machinery industry came into being in the later years of 1950s, and as an important part of China’s machinery industry, it provides plastic raw material industry and plastic products industry with key equipment.
In the teaching and experimentation of each course, parties of the college-industry linkage team will integrate their advantages in personnel, financial and material resources so as to promote students’ ability on the four stages of the CDIO.
Conclusion Since the second half of the 20th century, as engineering education experienced a transformation from practice-orientation to science-orientation, engineering graduates cultivated around the world are equipped with better theoretic knowledge but are not good at practical skills and other aspects, thus giving rise to controversy whether engineering education should aim at cultivating scientists or technical personnel.
