This fact inadvertently left us a precious material and cultural heritage.
Although improvement does not require for the equal protection of non-heritage buildings, yet following basic principles should be kept to ensure the "longevity" of Xiashan village: Firstly, maximize the protection of original part of the building to preserve the historical information carrier - components, materials, sculpture, artifacts, furniture, decoration, couplets; Secondly, minimize the addition or removal of building components or facilities.
These material carriers are the witness of Zheng family that grows, breeds, thrives here.

the light transmission device.
1.2 Types of light guide system
With the development of new materials and technology, the transmission efficiency of light guide system has been improved, and there have been many types of lighting systems.
There are metallic and non-metal reflection systems according to the inner surface material.
The transmission efficiency of light-guide fiber should be concerned with the optical properties of fiber material. 2.
As shown in Fig.1, the tubular daylight guidance system of USTB (University of Science &Technology Beijing) can save electric energy about 42 420 kWh annually, and 100 millions kWh in the entire life cycle (25 years) of this guide system [6]

Actually, attention has been focused on the possibility of using them as reinforcing materials on masonry structures.
Mechanical Characterization of Materials The materials considered in the experimental program consist of uni- and bi-directional jute, hemp, flax, basalt fiber.
Basic Materials Fiber-reinforced materials are composite materials made up of two or more phases that have distinct properties from each other, and this implies that the system has different characteristics from its constituents taken individually.
The experimental results of the mechanical characterization tests of the basic materials were carried out in the Materials and Structures Engineering Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Department of the University of Calabria.
