The main focal points of this test are: (1) all steel plates are non-homogeneous materials, therefore, the first test will design to demonstrate this phenomenon; (2) the second test is designed to test the crack variation on interface between different materials.
According to the material property of these two kind materials are similar, but, the shear modulus and poisson’s ratio are different.
According to the test results of this research, this DIC technique is useful for analyzing the mechanics behavior of materials.
