In an attempt to solve the PLLA’s high crystallinity problem, research has been conducted towards the contribution to the synthesis of new materials.
The work was conducted at the Biomaterials Laboratory of the Medical and Biological Sciences Center of PUC-SP.
Has been widely used in the study of biomaterials, for this technique makes it possible to obtain direct measurements of roughness and porosity, among others, which are an important parameter for biomedical materials, since they can affect cellular adhesion [10].
The 100/0 membranes shows slow adhesion which could be due to hydrophobic of the surface of the material, that it tends to had presented cellular adhesion, unlike the hydrophilic materials.

Material content associated with present study involves piezoelectric materials especially polymers at nanoscale [3].
Piezoelectric materials can be broadly categorized as ceramic, polymer, or single crystal kinds.
The most prevalent phases in PVDF-based materials are α nonpolar phase and β polar phases.

For the NPLs are used for a biosensor, it is necessary its functionalization with organic materials, thus forming an organic-inorganic hybrid material.
The functionalization provides optimal conditions for appointment in biological materials and allows monitoring of nanoparticles through luminescence [7].
This mass loss may be associated with loss of water physically adsorbed on the surfaces of materials and adsorbed gases.

For the past few years, micro-nano mineral powders developed by Russian researchers were a kind of composite lubricating additive [4,5], The composite additive mainly consists of hydroxyl magnesium silicate (chemical formula is Mg6Si4O10(OH)8 ) and other subsidiary materials.
Experimental 2.1 Materials Hydrothermal synthesis of hydroxyl magnesium silicate was based on the following equation (1) under conditions of high temperature and high pressure.
The uniform sizes of nano-particles or nano-rods shown in Figure 4 could be due to fast growth speed of nano-materials and different local concentration of molecule units in the process of hydrothermal synthesis of hydroxyl magnesium silicate.
High surface energy and the weak electrostatic interactions of hydrogen bond on surface of nano-materials caused two or more nano-particles and nano-fibres to exist as larger-size aggregates or associated nano-particles (marked 4 in Figure 6, as shown in Figure 4).

Introduction Nowadays scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques are widely used as methods of analysis and treatment of different advanced materials.
The application of raster electron techniques to polar materials allows creating new modes of image formation, studying and modifying electric properties of samples [1-4].
This is due to a wide spectrum of effects observed in ferroelectric materials exposed to electron beam, such as high sensitivity of polar dielectric to electrical and thermal actions of an electron probe.
