According to the similarity relationship, the material property of the model should have low elastic modulus and high gravity.
The stress-strain relationship should be similar to the prototype material.
Under this consideration, micro concrete and copper are selected as the main constructional material.

The fiber reinforced composite materials were widely used for aerospace aircrafts and missile weapons, and the delamination was a major problem which reduced the structural integrity and reliability of the solid rocket motor (SRM) composite shell seriously.
Their small sizes and compatibility with common composites materials made them easily embedded inside the structure without inducing significant weakening of the structure [3].
In this study, the prepreg system of the Scale SRM models used the HS2/3404, the HS2 produced by Sinoma Science & Technology Co.

Among the 80 steel grade materials, the ductile fracture of N80Q steel due to tensile load is microporous polymerization fracture [10], which shows good toughness fracture.
However, for 110 steel grade materials, due to the reduction of ductility caused by high steel grade, some brittle fracture characteristics are formed [8].
Experimental Three kinds of materials, 80H, 90H and 110H, are low-alloy tempered steel, and the main structure is tempered sorbite.
In the API standard, the steel grade represents the strength range of the casing materials.
