Introduction
Cemented sand and gravel (CSG) has the advantage of less material consumption and relatively simple production procedure.
The influences of weak bonds to the safety of dam depends on the strength of CSG material, therefore, it is important to study the weak bonds to the strength of the material.
To validate above analysis, composite material mechanics are used to calculate for cases with 00 and 900 angle.
Concept of CSG and its material properties. 4th International Symposium on Roller Compacted Concrete Dams.
International Journal on Hydropower and Dams, v 19, n 3, p 58-63, 2012 [4] L.Q Yang,Y.

Considering the nonlinear material properties, the
Newton-Raphson equilibrium iterative method is applied to calculate the nonlinear responses.
From Fig. 2, you can see that the maximum stress is 237MPa, which does not exceed the material yield strength (250MPa), and that it occurs at the upper end of piston pin boss inner hole.
Although it doesn't exceed the yield strength of the material, the mechanical fatigue breakdown would most likely occur at the place.
Mechanical Science and Technology, Vol.21(2), (2002), p.222.
Shi. submitted to Journal of Advanced Materials Research (2009).

In these techniques, burnishing is a relative convenient and economic method to improve the hardness and roughness of workpiece, which can significantly enhance the tribological properties of conventional materials.
It is interesting that there are also similar shallow plough marks at the outermost edges of the worn scar, which result from the accumulation of material.

In this study, enzymatic hydrolysis ratio of pretreated raw material (EHRP) was taken as the response value, and further reveals the interactions of different processing parameters, such as water to corn straw ratio (WCSR), microwave power (MP) and processing time (PT) etc..
Materials and Methods 1.1 Materials The corn straw was obtained from the suburb of Harbin, Heilongjiang province, China.
EHRP was calculated in accordance with the following formula: EHRP (%) = the content of reducing sugar after enzymatic hydrolysis (g) / the content of cellulose in raw material (g) x 100% 2.
Acknowledgments This research was Supported by State Key Laboratory of Urban Water Resource and Environment, Harbin Institute of Technology (No.2010QN03) and National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.51108116).

MTG(Melt textured growth) [1] is one of the most
effective methods for fabricating the high Jc YBCO bulk superconductors because melt-processing
methods [2,3,4] have been successfully used to eliminate the weak-link behavior of bulk materials by
grain alignment.
The sample preparation [5]: first, the raw materials of Y2O3, BaCO3 and CuO were mixed thoroughly by taking nominal ration 1:2:3 and then calcined twice at 900 for 12h with an intermediate grinding.

However, due to the density of steel materials is larger more than the aluminum, so its weight is too large than the aluminum piston.
The piston material is alloy steel.
The material strength of the piston’s reduce means there will be a permanent deformation or fracture or even partial burning if the piston work for long.
