In this study, the effect of surface loading with Calcium carbonate on adsorbent structure and adsorption capacity were investigated.
2.
The experimental results showed that the structure of diatomite was a amorphous [SiO4] tetrahedral structure with a small amount of adsorbed water on the surface.
After modifation the characteristic diffraction peak of "steamed bread peak" decreased obviously, and the diffraction peak of crystal structure of CaCO3 appeared.

Abstract.
The chemical composition and structure of RHA-Si were then investigated with X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD).
The results showed that RHA-Si contained a large amount of silica (90%) with amorphous structure [5].

The XRD measurement results show that all the compounds crystalize in Fe2P hexagonal structures, with a space group of P-62m.
The analysis indicates that the main phase of the series compounds has a hexagonal Fe2P-type structure with the space group of P-62m, suggesting that a small amount of Sn doping does not alter the crystal structure of the main phase.
Summary The main phase of the alloy crystalizes in the Fe2P-type hexagonal structure with space group P-62m.

SEM results show that CSA expansion agent can improve the pore structure of hydrated cement paste system with low water-binder ratio.
Fig 3.5 shows in the microstructure of undoped expansive cement paste, the fly ash and silica fume filled the concrete which improves the structure of the interfacial zone.
As the reduction of water, the ettringite crystals does not fully grown and distribute among the various interface layer as micro-needle and dendritic structure.

This study first performed nanoscale bilayers assembly method, with the addition of a fluorosilane treatment using chemical vapor deposition (CVD), to modify the surface structure and thereby the wettability of the surface at 15, 20, and 30 bilayers.
Nano-laminated assembly process Hydrophobic surface modification can then be performed after the nanoscale assembly hydrophilic modifications by CVD of fluorosilane to change the surface chemistry.

Characterization of Etch Residues Generated on Damascene Structures
Q.
This study focused on the characterization of the residues generated during the plasma patterning of a damascene structure of 45 nm ½ pitch.
All dies in the same wafer are fully covered with the same type of 45 nm ½ pitch structure.
Figure 1: SEM image of the 45 nm ½ test structure.
The efficiency of the removal/dissolution of CFx and TiFx by the wet chemistries can be clearly demonstrated using the patterned test structure.
