Introduction As a kind of field activated EAPs, dielectric EAPs are actually hyperelastic insulating materials, so the EAP film, sandwiched between compliant electrodes on both sides, is basically a deformable capacitor [1].

The involved decision problems can be divided into three kinds: choosing design entity when organizing alliance, choosing different parties to carry out the task when allocating task, choosing suppliers when purchasing commodity or raw material.

Introduction It is known that metallic nanoparticles have distinct and desirable properties compared to their bulk materials [1].
Most of the synthesis methods present some environmental safety problems, that’s why there is a need to use a new method such as pulsed Laser to fabricate nanostructured materials.
The different processes such as melting, boiling, evaporation that the metallic particles undergo during the increasing of ns laser fluence strongly affect the dielectric function of materials and hence its SPR energetic band.
Materials and Methods Pure Pd thin films were deposited on the Fluorine Doped Tin Oxide (FTO) substrate by using an RF Emitech K550X sputter coater (Quorum Technologies, East Sussex, UK).
All the materials and methods’ details are described in our previous work [12].

The results show that the residual stress distribution after the strengthening process of the cold extrusion with the split sleeve is affected by many factors, such as extrusion amount, materials, size and position of the hole, extrusion speed, reaming amount, size, and position of bushings, etc., and the conclusions have now tended to be consistent.
Finite Element Simulation of Cold Extrusion Strengthening Material setting.
The material of the plate is 7050-T451 aluminum alloy.
Also, the reamer is a rigid body, and no material properties need to be defined.
