Material grade Composition [% wt] Ni Fe Cr Mo V Si B C SA335 Gr.P91 - Bal. 9 1 0.2 0.3 - 0.1 Eutalloy 10680 powder (SEM/EDS) Base - - - - 6.26 - - Table 1 Chemical composition of the materials used for this experiment The objective of this work is to study the influence of the flame spray (spray and fuse) coating parameters such as surface preparation, travel speed, and distance between coating nozzle and the substrate on erosion resistance of SA335 grade P91 (material was already) coated by the Ni-Si-B (there is no B from SEM/EDS report) alloy powder (spraying-fusing type thermal spray powder) at room temperature.
Experimental Procedure (1) Sample preparation SA335 grade P91 raw materials was prepared in 10 mm thick plates and cut in dimension of 30×50 mm2.
