With the improvement of the material strength and the progress of the manufacturing process, engineers desire the design curves for , and the continuous update of computer hardware makes finite element method feasible.
For the sake of conservatism, material strengthening was ignored.
Since the above calculations do not consider the actual material strengthening, the design curves given by design criteria (7) and (8) have enough safety margin.

Electrospinning that stems from electrohydrodynamic theory is a simple and novel way to fabrication nanofiber, by which hundreds of materials have been fabricated into nanofiber.
The applied voltage from high-voltage power supply (DW-P403-1AC, Tianjing Dongwen High Voltage Power Supply Plant, China) between spinneret and collector is 1.7 kV. 16% polyethylene oxide (PEO, MW = 300,000, Dadi Fine Chemical Co., Ltd, China) solution is used as electrospun materials and ejected form the spinneret.

It can also improve the conditions of sheet metal processing, make better use of the material formability than conventional forming technology, raise the sheet metal formability, get more complicated parts [1], achieve to flexible digital manufacturing of sheet metal.
With the forming semi-cone angle reduces, the thickness of sheet metal deformation zone will become thin, when the thickness decreases to a certain extent, material will fracture due to instability.
