By using high-strength concrete and high-strength steel columns could reduced in size, materials and cost.
To promoting the application of high-strength materials, more tests are needed to provide test date for shear theory.
By using this type of hoop could reduce materials, improve integration of member and structure, and reduce the probability of hoop detachment.
Most materials of column are already in elastic state until failure.

Hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) has several advantages compared to crystalline silicon material.
This material has a wide optical band gap (1.7 eV to 2 eV), low growth temperature (~ 200oC) and can be grown on glass substrates that are cheap and abundant [1].

Keywords: The FIDIC Condition, Application, Measure
Abstract The FIDIC Condition has been widely applied in the international engineering.
Due to the buyer's market, the contractor, material equipment suppliers, supervision unit to turn around the owner, exists the phenomenon of insufficient supervision fees, crude equipment configuration [2].
The Owner's Behavior Because of buyer's market present, the owner often forced the contractor, material suppliers, Supervision Company to sign unequal clause.
It will be bound to cause the contractor, material suppliers jerry-build, carpetbag behavior.

Yuan Jin [1] pointed that pile pH values could be through the following ways: adjustment of raw material control C/N to change the ammonia production capacity and loss amount, ensure the proper pH value; making the aging sludge organic fertilizer backflow to prevent local anaerobic and excessive organic acid production, and adding auxiliary to make the pores increases, easy to oxygen, prevent the organic acid and partial anaerobic produce, and to prevent the decrease of pH value.

However, as this project itself operates in a desert area, coupled with the serious desertification, the irrigation problem for the psammophytes cannot be solved although large number of manpower and material resources have been invested every year, thereby the area which has been restored by the traditional sand control technology declines from the 1601.6km2 in 1950s to the 1312.66km2.
The high-tech water-saving irrigation technology also requires a lot of capital investment [2], and the specific analysis is shown as follows: Walking sprinkling irrigation The equipment and materials of the walking sprinkling irrigation technology include small diesel engines, centrifugal pumps, high-pressure fire-service canvas hose, metal receptacle, vertical rod, tripod, sprinklings, etc.
In addition, a walking tractor is also needed to move these equipment and materials.

In addition, chitosan can be used as an ideal drug delivery material with the advantages of abundant sources and low price.
Therefore, in this study, chitosan was used as drug vector ,folate as tumor targeting ligand to directly prepare FA-CTS microspheres by ionic crosslinking method through electrostatic interactions between protonated amino of chitosan molecular chain in acidic environment and deprotonation carboxyl of folate molecular structure in alkalinity environment as well as FA-CTS/HCPT microspheres. 2 Materials and methods 2.1 Materials Chitosan (sigma degree of deacetylation>95%, relative molecular mass 50000), folic acid (sigma), 10-hydroxycamptothecin (Shanghai Bio-Technology Co., Ltd.).
