Therefore, the understanding of the internal processes accompanying the EL excitation such as: charge injection, electron trapping, EL quenching etc. will allow to create stable MOSLEDs devices.
Simultaneously, a decrease of the EL intensity with increasing temperature was observed.
The gate and bottom electrodes consist of a 100 nm thick indium-tin-oxide (ITO) layer deposited by rf sputtering and a 300 nm thick evaporated Al layer, respectively.
The EL measurements were performed with electron injection from the silicon substrate.
The EL spectra and the quenching of the EL intensity were measured at temperatures ranging from room temperature (RT) to 150 o C on MOS structures with a circular ITO electrode of 200 ?

Figure 6 is the EL spectra of violet LED at different EBL.
EL is a rapid undamaged test.
Further increase the Al composition to x=0.3, the spectrum was like that of x=0.2 and the EL intensity didn’t enhance, but the forward voltage became larger.
Figure 7 is the EL results of AlGaN-based and GaN-based LED under 20mA.
Under the quick EL test, the increase of power in new structure is only 15%.

There does not appear to be a strong interaction between the wakes created by the wing, the hang up unit and the E.L. unit. The flow below the lower surface is deflected several degrees for the clean wing, while such deflection did not occur for wing with E.L. due to the existence of E.L. itself.
On the lower surface, the wakes from the hanging unit and the E.L. are now observed to interact before the trailing edge of the wing.

A Semi-analytical Study of Geometrically Nonlinear Free Axisymmetric Vibrations of Thin Circular Functionally Graded Plates using Iterative and Explicit Analytical Solution El Kaak Rachid1, a, El Bikri Khalid1, a and Benamar Rhali2,b 1 Université Mohammed V-Souissi, Ecole Normale Supérieure de l’Enseignement Technique, Rabat, Département de Génie Mécanique, LaMIPI, B.P.6207, Rabat Instituts, Rabat, Morocco. 2 Université Mohammed V-Agdal, Ecole Mohammadia d’ingénieurs, LERSIM, B.P. 765, Agdal, Morocco.
Then, explicit analytical solutions are presented, based on the semi-analytical model previously developed by EL Kadiri et al. [1-2] for beams and rectangular plates, which allow direct and easy calculation for the first non-linear axisymmetric mode shape, with their associated non-linear frequencies of FG circular plates and which are expected to be very useful in engineering applications and in further analytical developments.
Allahverdizadeh et al. [3] investigated the nonlinear free and forced vibration of thin circular functionally graded plate.
