Materials and Methods The problem under study includes specific number of mixed-model assembly lines in a shop floor environment where different types of jobs can be processed and each line consist of manual workstations in which each assembly station capable of serving any task of any jobs.
Three objectives are considered in this problem which as follows: Ÿ Minimizing overall make-span Ÿ Line balancing Ÿ Minimizing variation of completion time A workstation in any line should be setup for the new materials requirement to be able to serve the new set of products.

Peric [15] proposed a perturbation method for low rate sensitive materials.
In the present paper we refer to the class of material behaviour often denoted in the literature as rate-sensitive materials, see e.g.

Signals of acoustic issue represent acoustic waves which arise in lining because of violation of its continuity, motions of burden materials.
The required temperature is the temperature eutectic materials of melting and can be defined from the chart iron-carbon.
After each change of the furnace profile the amendments are entered into thermal properties of materials near erosion [5].
In such systems the thermal stream is determined by a difference of temperatures of the neighboring sensors and by thermal conductivities of refractory materials known in advance between them.
