How to process the hard and brittle materials in the ductile regime with high efficiency recently
becomes the focus of precision and ultra-precision machining fields [1-3].
Tangential force mainly based on ductile removal is larger than that mainly based on brittle destruction because the plastic deformation of materials consumes more grinding energy [6].
In the processing of engineering ceramics, a plenty of acoustic emission signals will be produced when materials removal by brittle failure, plastic deformation or combination of the two ways.
Acknowledgment The paper is sponsored by Program for Science & Technology Innovation Talents in Universities of Henan Province and Henan Provincial Key Discipline.

The selection of these materials is highly dependent on their exceptional adsorption efficiency and the techniques applied, particularly when locally sourced materials are converted into adsorbents.

However, viscoplasticity models are relatively unused to represent the behaviour of power plant materials.
Tests with dwell periods at the tensile peak strains for times of 2 minutes were also applied to P91 steel specimens, in order to get stress relaxation data for the materials.
