WPC is used in the building materials [4,5], auto industry [6], furniture [7], logistics [8], packaging [9] and other industries with growing markets [3, 10, 11].
It is very necessary to consider many process parameters (thermal regulation, material flow rate, screw rotation speed etc.) which directly impact the material (temperature or flow rate changes, mechanical behavior evolution) [13].

Introduction Food contact materials (FCMs) include all materials in contact with food.
These can be constructed from a variety of materials and cover those used in handling, processing, transport and storage of food.
Aside from those in contact with solid foods, FCMs also include materials used to contain water and other aqueous solutions that are intended for human consumption such as tap water, juices, soft drinks, etc.
The use of such materials should not cause alteration of food composition that may possibly cause adverse effects on its taste and odor.

Reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives is isocyante terminated polyurethane (PU) prepolymer which is synthesized by polyether or polyester polyols and diisocyanate as main raw materials.
In this study, the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer was synthesized by polyester polyol, isocyanate and chain extender as main raw materials.

The Angular Stretch Bend Test (ASBT) is commonly used for experimental characterization of stretch-bendability of sheet material.
The material used in simulation is H340LAD, and its hardening curve is generated by Eq. 1 and the parameters are listed in Table 1.
In future work AHSS material will be investigated, and advanced material models are needed to achieve reliable plasticity predictions.
