Key words: numerical simulation; theoretical analysis; dynamic load
Abstract: Safety inspection of the bridge has become particularly important owing to a large number of aging bridges in China, in order to evaluate the safety of a bridge project that has been completed in Harbin, research methods of combining theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test is applied, response parameters changes under static and dynamic loads is studied emphatically in this paper.
Loading Capacity Evaluation of Bridge 1.1 Determination of the coefficient of carrying capacity evaluation Through Detailed appearance inspection of the bridge and material testing, we determine each Inspecting calculation of coefficient of carrying capacity assessment and obtain γ0SudAcknowledgements

Cantilever piezoelectric micro-pump
Piezoelectric micro-pump does not require additional drive motor, and it can cause the deformation by using the inverse piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric material, then volume change of the pump chamber from film deformation produces a fluid output [1].

The early failure stage was characterized by fewer breaks and was represented by the proportional hazards model, while the late stages, with multiple and frequent breaks were represented by a Poisson type model. [7] used a Poisson regression to fit the failure rate at the level of sets of pipes homogeneous in material, diameter and type of surrounding soil.
